Description of tester
The Linear Guided Free Fall Tester is mentioned for testing of consumption electronics. Specimens are inserted on a Gripper and the Tester lifts it to desired height. When pushing dropping button the gripper and the specimen are falling until the gripper releases it near impact table and the specimen falls toward a concrete garden brick in desired position. There is a potential free trigger connection for high speed camera and camera lights too.
Specification of tester
High Speed Camera with DAQ System
High-speed imaging is applied to materials testing in order to measure the physical and mechanical properties of different materials or components.
Typical testing methods include: Tensile Testing, Drop Testing, Compression, Deformation, Crush Resistance, Delamination and many more.
Photron high-speed cameras have been designed to meet the requirements of specialized analysis techniques employed in materials testing including Digital Image Correlation.
Materials testing is a highly precise technique that measures the characteristics of materials, such as mechanical properties, elemental composition, corrosion resistance and the effects of heat treatments. Most testing is performed on metallic materials, composites, ceramics and polymers.
Dewesoft DAQ System
Dewesoft DAQ system is an easy-to-use, portable and multi domains data acquisition system. It can take in any analogue, digital and video data in the software and are fully synchronized.
Dewesoft software directly supports Photron high speed cameras, on video data acquisition of megapixel image resolutions at up to 2,000,000 fps.
The user will be able to scroll through the analogue data of acceleration, force, resistance, strain and temperature data with the image frame by frame. A picture says a thousand words.
